A video that emerged on social media shows two men filming the punishment of a non-faster in the streets of Paris during the 2020 Ramadan fasting month. While one man is filming another holds the victim by the throat and proceeds to slap the victim multiple times.
“I will crush you even here in Paris … You are unworthy, you are unworthy!!” shouts the attacker in the distressing video. According to ObservAlgérie, the pair has been identified as illegal migrants living in Paris.
